There are times when isolating yourself is not the best option. Times when you need to have interaction with another human being; someone who can remind you of the good in your heart and bring a smile to your face.
With this being said, this Saturday’s Self-Love is to call someone you love! There’s no need to disclose that you might be feeling down, but instead, ask them how they are. Get a sense for how you could help lift them up, if needed.
Usually, when I call someone I love, they help remind me that I have a warm heart. It is good to be reminded that we are human and can help another human feel better.
