Get Creative!
For this week’s Self-Care Saturday, I suggest you get creative. This idea runs the gamut, from paper crafts, music pieces, poetry or even interpretive dance. Heck, you could even get out clay and see what kind of creation you can make!
Being creative, for me, is a release of anxiety and I often surprise myself when I see the end result!
The important thing is to find your muse, listen to it and play along.
